Terms and Conditions

Welcome to GoandGlobe, a travel company providing corporate, group, and customized travel services. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and all services provided by GoandGlobe.

By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, confirming a booking, making a payment, or participating in a tour, you explicitly agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.


1. Definitions

  • “GoandGlobe,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to GoandGlobe.
  • “Client” / “Traveler” refers to any individual or entity booking or participating in a tour.
  • “Services” include travel planning, bookings, accommodation, transportation, tours, and related services.
  • “Website” refers to www.goandglobe.com.

2. Use of Website & Services

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Upload or transmit harmful, illegal, or fraudulent content
  • Disrupt or misuse our systems or services

GoandGlobe reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at its sole discretion.


3. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by GoandGlobe and third-party suppliers.
  • Prices, inclusions, and itineraries are not guaranteed until booking confirmation and payment are completed.
  • Verbal discussions, WhatsApp messages, or calls are not binding unless confirmed in writing.

4. Payment Policy

  • Full payment must be made at least 7 days before the trip start date, unless stated otherwise.
  • Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation without notice.
  • Prices may change until full payment is received.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

By the Traveler:

  • Once booked, packages are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
  • Cancellation charges apply as per supplier policies and timing of cancellation.
  • No refund for no-shows, missed departures, or unused services.

By GoandGlobe:

  • GoandGlobe reserves the right to cancel any booking or tour due to operational, safety, or unavoidable reasons.
  • In such cases, refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting non-refundable components.

6. Hotel Check-In & Accommodation

  • Standard hotel check-in time is 11:00 AM, unless specified otherwise.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and policy.
  • No refund or compensation will be provided for early check-in denial or room changes.

7. Transportation

  • Transportation is provided strictly as per the confirmed itinerary and is not at the traveler’s disposal.
  • Air conditioning may not function in hilly or mountainous regions due to safety or mechanical limitations.
  • In case of vehicle breakdown, travelers must wait for repairs or alternate arrangements made by the company.
  • No refunds or compensation will be provided for delays caused by breakdowns or traffic conditions.
  • If a 4×4 vehicle is required due to snow, road conditions, or restrictions, additional charges must be paid by the traveler.

8. Changes Due to Uncontrollable Circumstances (Force Majeure)

GoandGlobe shall not be held responsible for changes, delays, or cancellations caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Roadblocks, landslides, or traffic disruptions
  • Government orders, strikes, or local authority restrictions
  • Overbooking or cancellation by hotels or transport providers

While reasonable alternate arrangements may be made, no refund or compensation shall be applicable in such cases.


9. Limitation of Liability (IMPORTANT)

GoandGlobe acts solely as a travel coordinator and booking agent. The company shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss, damage, delay, injury, accident, illness, death, or inconvenience arising from or related to:

  • Acts, negligence, omissions, or defaults of drivers, transport operators, hotel staff, or any third-party service providers
  • Road accidents, vehicle breakdowns, mechanical failures, or driving and road conditions
  • Weather conditions, natural calamities, landslides, floods, snowfall, or road closures
  • Government actions, police restrictions, strikes, public disturbances, or local authority decisions
  • Any event, circumstance, or situation beyond the direct control of GoandGlobe

Travel involves inherent risks. By choosing to travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes full responsibility for participation in the tour.

By making any payment to GoandGlobe, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions, including this Limitation of Liability clause, without any exception.


10. Traveler Responsibility

  • Travelers are solely responsible for their luggage, belongings, documents, and valuables.
  • GoandGlobe is not responsible for theft, loss, injury, or damage during the tour.
  • Travelers must ensure valid travel documents (ID, permits, visas if applicable).

Carrying illegal substances, banned drugs, or engaging in unlawful activities will result in immediate removal from the tour without any refund.


11. Conduct & Discipline

  • Any form of misbehavior, indiscipline, verbal or physical abuse, or actions affecting the group experience will not be tolerated.
  • The Tour Manager has full authority to remove any traveler from the tour immediately.
  • In such cases, no refund shall be provided.

12. Departure Policy

  • Departure timings are fixed and must be strictly followed.
  • Travelers missing the departure will not be eligible for any refund, regardless of reason.
  • Call attempts may be made, but responsibility lies entirely with the traveler.

13. Health & Safety

  • Travelers must comply with all government-issued health and safety guidelines.
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
  • GoandGlobe is not responsible for medical emergencies or related expenses.

14. Photography & Promotion

GoandGlobe reserves the right to use photographs or videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes. Travelers who do not wish their images to be used must inform the Tour Manager before tour commencement.


15. Termination During Tour

GoandGlobe reserves the right to terminate a traveler’s participation during the tour due to misconduct, illegal activity, or rule violations.
Refunds, if any, will be limited to unused services only and solely at the company’s discretion.


16. Changes to Terms

GoandGlobe may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.


17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
